Most plumbing problems don't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our Ava dispatch board is staffed around the clock so a real person answers, not a voicemail.
Behind Street Wise - Plumbing is a crew of journeyman and master plumbers who've worked on everything from century-old cast iron to brand-new PEX systems. We're insured for the job, licensed in MO, and we stand behind every repair with a written warranty.
Our dispatchers know the neighborhoods of Ava well enough to tell you roughly what's driving a call before the truck even arrives — older sections tend toward galvanized pipe issues, newer builds toward fixture and appliance connections.
Our trucks are stocked before they leave the yard each morning, not after a customer calls — common valves, wax rings, supply lines, and fittings ride along so a Ava technician isn't making a parts-store run mid-repair.
A surprising number of the emergency calls we take in Ava started as something small three or four days earlier. Here's what tends to escalate fast.
When water's actively coming out somewhere it shouldn't, minutes matter more than money. Our on-call technicians in Ava are dispatched with the parts and equipment to handle burst pipes, failed water heaters, and overflowing fixtures on the first trip.
Faucet replacements, garbage disposal swaps, toilet installs, and whole-house re-pipes — our residential division works on the full range of what a Ava home needs, not just the easy jobs.
Restaurants, offices, and retail spaces in Ava, MO can't afford extended downtime over a plumbing issue. Our commercial team is equipped for grease trap service, backflow testing, and multi-fixture repairs on a schedule that respects your operating hours.
Slow drains, recurring clogs, and sewer backups get diagnosed with real equipment — camera inspection and hydro-jetting — not guesswork. We'll show you exactly what's happening in the line before recommending a repair.
We repair and install both traditional tank and tankless water heaters, and we'll walk you through sizing so you're not overpaying for capacity you don't need.
Hidden slab leaks and wall leaks get located with acoustic and thermal detection equipment before we ever break into drywall or concrete, which keeps repair costs down.
We replace failing shutoff valves and supply lines as part of fixture work rather than reconnecting new fixtures to old, brittle hardware that's likely to fail next.
You'll talk to an actual dispatcher in Ava, MO who asks a few quick questions to understand the problem and your address.
